The Fiano Sannio DOP - Oria from Solopaca is a white wine that highlights the character of the Fiano grape within the Sannio context. With a bright straw-yellow color and green reflections, the nose shows delicate hints of white flowers, ripe pear and apple, accompanied by citrus notes and light touches of almond and honey. The aromatic profile is complex yet restrained, inviting a careful appreciation of the fresh, floral and fruity elements.

On the palate it reveals a balanced structure, with good acidity and a salinity that supports the fruit; the body is lean but present and the progression is linear, with a persistent, clean finish that leaves a subtle mineral trace. Best served chilled (around 10–12 °C), it pairs well with seafood appetizers, light soups, baked fish, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Suitable for those seeking a characterful white, versatile for everyday use and informal occasions.
