This rosé wine is mainly obtained from Pinot Noir grapes, with a small addition of Chardonnay, grown in the rich and fertile soils that characterize the area surrounding the Tenuta Monte Rossa.
To the eye, the Flamingo Rosè presents itself with a pale pink color, enhanced by fine and persistent perlage, inviting tasting. On the nose, an elegant bouquet of fresh strawberries, berries, and delicate hints of toasted bread emerges, intertwining in a harmony of inviting aromas. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and fresh, with a beautiful acidity balanced by a moderate sensation of fruity sweetness.
