The Franciacorta Brut DOCG - Blanc de Blancs from Marchese Antinori's Tenuta Montenisa is an excellent example of elegance and sophistication, typical of Antinori's wine production. Made entirely from selected Chardonnay grapes from the Montenisa estate in the heart of Franciacorta, this cuvée is the result of meticulous vinification and prolonged maturation on the yeast.

The color is a bright straw yellow, with greenish reflections that reveal the freshness and liveliness of the wine. On the nose, it offers a complex and seductive bouquet, characterized by delicate citrus aromas, floral notes of jasmine and chamomile, and a slight touch of brioche and hazelnut, resulting from the long stay on the yeast.

On the palate, the Franciacorta Brut Blanc de Blancs reveals perfect harmony between acidity and softness. The fine and persistent bubbles give an elegant perlage that caresses the palate, while the flavors of white-fleshed fruits blend with a long, mineral finish that invites another sip.

This wine pairs beautifully with light appetizers, delicate fish dishes, or as an aperitif. It is also perfect for celebrating special occasions or making any moment of the day unique.

Designed for lovers of high-quality wines who appreciate finesse and elegance in details, the Franciacorta Brut DOCG - Blanc de Blancs by Marchese Antinori Tenuta Montenisa is a prestigious addition to any wine cellar.
