Pairing Aperitifs, starters, fish, shellfish, cheeses
The Franciacorta Brut DOCG Racconti by Bredasole presents a fine, persistent perlage and a luminous straw-yellow colour. In the glass it shows a fragrant profile: notes of apple and pear with white flesh, citrus zest and light white-flower hints; subtle mineral nuances add tension. The palate is fresh and sapid, balanced in its progression, with a pleasant smoothness and a finish of moderate persistence that invites a second glass.

Suitable as an aperitif, it pairs evenly with light starters, carpaccios and shellfish- and fish-based dishes without overpowering them. It also suits delicate first courses of Italian cuisine and fresh, unaged cheeses. It is a versatile choice for informal, convivial moments when a wine with character but not excessive complexity is desired. Serve chilled, preferably in large glasses that showcase the aromatic profile, and drink young to enjoy its liveliness.
