The Franciacorta Brut QBlack by Quadra represents excellence in Lombard viticulture, renowned for its ability to produce sparkling wines of the highest quality. Obtained from a careful selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes grown in the Franciacorta area, this sparkling wine stands out for its refined elegance and complexity.

The production process follows the traditional method, the so-called classic method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle. The result is a sparkling wine with a bright straw-yellow color with greenish hues and a very fine and persistent perlage, an unequivocal sign of its high quality.

On the nose, the Franciacorta Brut QBlack reveals an intense and complex bouquet, with notes of white-fleshed fruits, such as apple and pear, enriched by citrus nuances and slight floral hints. Aging on the lees gives the wine delicate notes of toasted bread and yeast, further enriching its aromatic complexity.

On the palate, its freshness is immediately evident, balanced by a pleasant creaminess that envelops the mouth. The acidity is well-integrated and contributes to a long and clean finish, with a lingering aftertaste that echoes the delicate citrus and floral flavors.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Franciacorta Brut QBlack by Quadra pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, and white meats. It is also perfect as a meditation wine, to be enjoyed during a moment of relaxation.

Quadra's winemaking mastery is evident in this sparkling wine, which presents itself as a prestigious option for those seeking a Franciacorta capable of combining tradition and innovation. A superb choice for any special occasion or to add a touch of class to festive moments.

Winery history
The viticultural project stems from the Ghezzi family's agricultural activity, with the first plantings beginning in the 1990s. The Quadra label was developed as the estate evolved in the early 2000s, and it gradually moved grape processing in‑house, consolidating its Franciacorta offering.
Production philosophy
A pursuit of Franciacorta's territorial expression combined with a contemporary approach: the winery seeks to respect the terroir and showcase each cuvée, telling the story of its place of origin in every bottle.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards distributed across the Franciacorta area; production areas mentioned include Cologne, Adro, Erbusco, Provaglio d'Iseo and Corte Franca.
