The Franciacorta DOCG Brut Blanc de Blancs by Monogram Franciacorta is born in the heart of Franciacorta, a region renowned for the excellence of its sparkling wines. Obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this Blanc de Blancs expresses the elegance and refinement typical of the grape variety within the context of a unique terroir, characterized by chalky soils and an ideal climate for ripening.

The traditional method of bottle fermentation gives this Franciacorta a vibrant effervescence, accompanied by a fine and persistent mousse. On the nose, it opens with aromas of white flowers, green apple, and citrus notes, enriched by hints of yeast and bread crust, the result of aging on the lees. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with a balance between acidity and structure that invites sip after sip.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, enhancing the conviviality of every special occasion.
