The Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero "Pietraluce" is a high-quality specimen from the famous Lombardy region, renowned for its superior sparkling wines. This wine, crafted from a masterful blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, is celebrated for its purity and fresh complexity. As a "Dosaggio Zero," it does not involve the addition of liqueur d'expédition after disgorgement, making it particularly esteemed by lovers of the most authentic and unaltered sparkling wines.

Visually, "Pietraluce" enchants with its light straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, while its fine and persistent bubbles are a prelude to the quality of the sip. The bouquet is engaged by a wide range of aromas: notes of fresh citrus, white flowers, and a slight minerality reminiscent of wet pebbles, with a subtle hint of stone fruit upon opening.

On the palate, the Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero "Pietraluce" offers a fresh and clean entry, followed by a vibrant acidity that enhances its varietal characteristics and its purity. The Dosaggio Zero nature lends a notable dryness, accompanied by a lively structure and a long finish that leaves notes of bread crust and subtle hints of bitter almond.

This sparkling wine stands out for its elegance and refinement, making it an excellent choice for special occasions or as an aperitif. Try pairing it with delicate appetizers, fish, or seafood to best enhance its qualities.

The Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero "Pietraluce" is an ideal choice for those seeking excellence in a sparkling wine that fully expresses the Franciacorta terroir without compromise, offering a unique and unforgettable sensory experience.

Winery history
A Savoldi family project born to turn a passion passed down through generations into an independent production venture. The brand was conceived as an intergenerational initiative led by the young owner together with her uncle and grandfather, with the aim of creating a distinctive Franciacorta style and strengthening the connection to the territory.
Production philosophy
Low-intervention production that prioritizes respect for the environment: widespread use of modern technologies in both winery and vineyard, reduced chemical treatments, long aging and restrained sugar dosages to express minerality and the identity of the territory. In the winery the focus is on gentle processes and on limiting the use of additives.
Terroir and vineyards
The winery is located in Cazzago San Martino, in the heart of the DOCG Franciacorta. It manages three vineyards with complementary characteristics — Timoline, Capriolo and Passirano — on morainic and fluvio-glacial soils that impart complexity and persistence to the wines.
