The Franciacorta DOCG Millesimato Rosé by Ferghettina is a rare gem in the Italian sparkling wine scene, perfect for wine lovers who seek elegance and sophistication. This wine is produced in the heart of Lombardy, a region renowned for its high-quality sparkling wines thanks to its unique terroir and ideal climate.

The cuvée is predominantly composed of Pinot Nero, with a small addition of Chardonnay, which gives the wine outstanding complexity and structure. Manual harvesting and careful selection of the grapes ensure that only the best clusters are used for the production of this sparkling wine.

The winemaking process follows the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle, typical of the Franciacorta area, which lasts at least 30 months on the lees. This extended aging period helps develop a rich and intense aromatic bouquet, with notes of fresh red fruits like raspberry and strawberry, enhanced by hints of toasted bread and yeast.

The Franciacorta DOCG Millesimato Rosé by Ferghettina stands out for its soft and brilliant pink color, and for its fine and persistent bubbles that dance in the glass, promising a lively and inviting sip. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with excellent acidic freshness that harmonizes beautifully with the fruitiness and a slight creamy note that lingers through the finish.

This sparkling wine is an ideal choice for celebrating special occasions or making any moment of gathering unique. It is perfect as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, shellfish, or as an accompaniment to delicate appetizers.

The Franciacorta DOCG Millesimato Rosé by Ferghettina is an excellent example of how passion, dedication, and attention to detail can transform selected grapes into a wine of exceptional quality and allure.
