Franciacorta DOCG Rosé Brut from Mirabella, offered in magnum format, presents a restrained profile focused on drinkability. It shows a delicate pink hue with fine, regular effervescence that supports the sip. On the nose there are hints of small red fruits and gentle floral nuances, without aromatic excess: freshness leads the tasting, with balanced acidity that keeps a clean, persistent finish. Overall it displays good harmony between freshness and sapidity, remaining pleasant and unobtrusive.

It is a versatile wine, suitable as an aperitif and with raw or cooked fish dishes, shellfish and light preparations with white meats. It also fits buffets and regional recipes when simple, tasty pairings are desired. The magnum format works well for convivial occasions when sharing larger bottles is preferred. Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, to appreciate its finesse and sapidity. The palate stays smooth, with returns that invite another glass. A sober choice for those seeking an elegant, immediate sparkling wine without frills.
