Gralo' Franciacorta Emea DOCG Extra Brut presents fine perlage and a vibrant acidic thread that keeps the sip taut and fluid.

On the nose fresh citrus and green apple emerge, with slightly biscuity nuances of bread crust and a herbaceous hint that blends into a pleasant mineral note; on the palate it is saline and dry, balanced in structure and sustained by a persistence that returns notes of lemon zest and yeast without excess. It is a wine of sober character, suited to those seeking precision and cleanliness in the glass: the Extra Brut here is more substance than show. It works very well as an aperitif but holds up gracefully with seafood appetizers, shellfish, sushi and delicate first courses; it also surprises with fresh cheeses and dishes based on aromatic vegetables. Serve well chilled, between 6 and 8 °C, in wide glasses to appreciate its freshness and the fineness of the perlage.
