The Franciacorta Rosé DOCG from Bredasole shows a pale pink color and a fine, persistent bead. On the nose it offers delicate notes of small red fruits, wild strawberries and citrus zest, accompanied by floral hints that add elegance. On the palate it has a balanced structure, with lively freshness and pleasant sapidity that support the sip; the balance between acidity and softness ensures a smooth, harmonious drink, while the finish is clean, with fruity echoes and good persistence.

It works well as a refined aperitif but is equally versatile with food: ideal with fish starters, shellfish and light dishes, as well as with sushi and delicate tartare, fresh cheeses and vegetable preparations. It also pairs nicely with seafood first courses and simple yet flavorful dishes. Recommended serving temperature is around 6–8 °C and tulip-shaped glasses help to appreciate its aromas; serve young to capture its freshness. A suitable choice for convivial moments, aperitifs and light dinners that call for an elegant, restrained sparkle.
