Pale straw color with bright reflections and a fine, persistent perlage invite tasting. On the nose, the Franciacorta Satèn DOCG by Contadi Castaldi expresses a delicate and complex bouquet, with notes of fresh fruit such as peach and citrus, enriched by hints of yeast and toasted bread due to the prolonged aging in the bottle.

In the mouth, the sensation is one of great harmony: the attack is soft, almost creamy, balanced by a fresh acidity that supports its elegance and drinkability. The finish is long and clean, with subtle hints of the same fruity and yeast notes perceived on the nose.

This wine is ideal to serve as an aperitif or to accompany light appetizers, especially those based on fish. Its refinement also makes it a perfect companion for more elaborate dishes based on shellfish or white meats.

Buonissimo!!
