On the nose, the Franciacorta Satèn DOCG by Contadi Castaldi expresses a delicate and complex bouquet, with notes of fresh fruit such as peach and citrus, enriched by hints of yeast and toasted bread due to the prolonged aging in the bottle.
In the mouth, the sensation is one of great harmony: the attack is soft, almost creamy, balanced by a fresh acidity that supports its elegance and drinkability. The finish is long and clean, with subtle hints of the same fruity and yeast notes perceived on the nose.
