The Frappato Sicilia DOC from Tenute Orestiadi is an authentic expression of the Sicilian territory, where the Mediterranean sun kisses the vineyards, giving them warmth and a unique character. This wine stands out for its fresh and distinctly fruity aromatic profile, typical of the Frappato variety, one of the island's viticultural gems.

Visually, the Frappato presents itself with a light, bright, and captivating ruby red color. On the nose, it opens with vibrant notes of red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, enriched by slight floral nuances of violets and a hint of spices. This aromatic bouquet invites a tasting that confirms the freshness perceived olfactorily, supported by a pleasant acidity that makes the sip lively and energetic.

On the palate, the Frappato Sicilia DOC is light and smooth, with a pleasantly harmonious balance between acidity and soft tannins, making it extremely drinkable and suitable for various culinary pairings. Traditionally, it pairs well with dishes from Mediterranean cuisine, such as pasta with tomato sauce or grilled white meats and fish.

The production of this wine follows methods that respect the environment and the Sicilian viticultural tradition. Tenute Orestiadi, known for their commitment to quality and sustainable winemaking, manage the vineyards with practices aimed at highlighting the varietal identity and the expression of the terroir.

Ideal for being enjoyed young, the Frappato Sicilia DOC is a wine that offers a refreshing conviviality, perfect for accompanying moments of pure daily joy and special occasions characterized by pleasure and relaxation. A must for lovers of Sicilian wines and for those who wish to discover lesser-known varieties but rich in history and character.
