Furia di Calafuria Salento IGT from Tormaresca is offered in magnum format and appears as a rosé with a frank, immediate profile. The colour is bright cherry pink; on the nose it opens with notes of red fruit, ripe citrus and field flowers, with discreet mineral hints that support the aromatic profile. On the palate it shows a fresh, saline texture, with subtle tannins and a balance that favors drinkability; persistence is moderate, returning fruit echoes and a light saline streak.

Designed to be shared: ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with seafood starters, summer salads, simple fish dishes and crustacean preparations. It also matches lightly cured cold cuts and fresh cheeses. Suitable for small summer barbecues and informal gatherings. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in large glasses to appreciate intensity and finesse; the magnum format enhances convivial occasions and keeps the wine steady during serving.
