Brewed in the Bavarian region, this Weissbier stands out for its authentic and refreshing character, achieved thanks to the skillful combination of malts and yeasts typical of the area. The opalescent golden color and persistent foam create an inviting visual experience, while on the nose delicate notes of ripe banana and clove emerge, typical aromas of Weissbier yeast. On the palate it is soft and harmonious, with a slight acidity and a slightly spicy aftertaste. The traditional Bavarian production method, combined with the use of pure wheat, gives this beer a fresh and fragrant drinkability, perfect to accompany light dishes such as salads, lake fish, or fresh cheeses.
