The Gall - Kerner DOC from Tenuta Griesserhof is a white wine that stands out for its freshness and liveliness, hailing from Alto Adige, a region renowned for producing high-quality aromatic white wines. This wine is made exclusively from Kerner grapes, a variety that originated from the crossing of Schiava and Riesling, typically cultivated in mountainous areas where the cool climate enhances its aromatic characteristics.

With its straw-yellow color and greenish reflections, Griesserhof's Kerner offers an intense and complex aromatic bouquet. It opens with notes of white-fleshed fruits like peach and pear, followed by nuances of white flowers and a slight touch of aromatic spices that add a pleasant complexity. On the palate, the lively acidity is balanced by a medium structure and a persistent flavor that echoes the freshness and aromas perceived on the nose.

This wine is ideal to pair with fish dishes, seafood, and can be an excellent companion for light appetizers or vegetable-based dishes. Its freshness also makes it perfect as an aperitif. The Kerner DOC is also capable of evolving well with aging, developing further nuances.

Serve chilled, between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius, to best appreciate all its qualities. The Gall - Kerner DOC from Tenuta Griesserhof is an exquisite example of how the Alto Adige terroir can express itself through the vinification of distinctive grape varieties, offering a rich and memorable sensory experience.
