La Scolca's Gavi DOCG is a white wine that captivates with its freshness and elegance. Originating from the prestigious wine region of Piedmont in Italy, this wine is produced exclusively with Cortese grapes, a vine that gives the wine its characteristic acidity and freshness.

To the eye, La Scolca's Gavi DOCG displays a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections, an initial indication of its freshness and vibrancy. On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of white flowers, notes of fresh fruit such as green apple, and slight hints of fresh almond, which add complexity to the aromatic bouquet.

On the palate, the wine is extremely balanced, with a perfect harmony between its fresh acidity and structure. The taste persistence is remarkable, leaving the palate a sensation of cleanliness and freshness that invites another sip. The mineral finish is another distinctive trait that elevates the quality of this product.

La Scolca's Gavi DOCG is a versatile wine when it comes to food pairings. It pairs beautifully with dishes based on fish, seafood, white meats, and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent aperitif thanks to its ability to stimulate the appetite.

Ideally served cold, between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius, this Gavi DOCG represents an authentic and refined expression of the Piedmontese terroir, continuing to earn recognition and appreciation at an international level. A true gem for lovers of quality Italian white wines.
