The Genziana dell'Alto Adige of Roner represents an iconic distillate, the result of the ancient Tyrolean tradition rooted in the heart of the Dolomites. Obtained from the infusion of gentian root in pure alcohol, this product expresses a decisive and aromatic character that celebrates the Alpine territory. The olfactory complexity opens with intense tones of bitter herbs, roots, and balsamic notes, typical of gentian, while on the palate there is a subtle balance between the characteristic bitterness and a slight sweetness that invites sip after sip.

The processing method respects the traditional approach, with a careful maceration process followed by attentive and precise distillation, preserving all the aromatic nuances of the original botanicals. Distillation

Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.
