Giffard amarena is a concentrated syrup containing quinine and juice at a minimum of 13%, to be diluted with water as a percentage; one part Amarena and five parts water. Contains: water, sugar, concentrated cherry, red currant and elderberry juice, natural flavors and citric acid.
It has a beautiful garnet red color, with a fruity aroma typical of black cherry, and a slight aroma of hazelnuts. Smooth and sweet taste, with a cherry and pastry note.
It is recommended to consume it diluted with still or sparkling water, it is excellent for preparing cocktails, mocktails and smoothies.
