On the nose there are hints of citrus and fresh herbs, while on the palate a subtle spiciness appears in the finish, leaving a pleasant persistence. It is well suited both to neat tasting, slightly chilled, and to mixing in classic cocktails where it does not overpower the other ingredients: neutral tonic, a Gin Fizz or a Martini; it is also perfect for experimenting with contemporary gin and tonic variations. At the table it gracefully accompanies fish dishes, shellfish starters and light, herb-based preparations.
