On the palate, Bacur offers a pleasant freshness, with herbal hints and a slight bitter aftertaste that enhances its persistence. It is perfect to enjoy neat, with ice, or as a base for refined cocktails that require a decisive yet elegant character. A distillate capable of telling the biodiversity and culture of the Italian Alps in every sip.

Distillation
Differentiated techniques depending on the product: distillation of vinacce for grappe; botanical maceration/extraction followed by distillation/blending for amari and vermouth; double distillation declared for Gin Bacûr; distillation in pot stills for cachaça; vodka produced through multiple distillation stages (multiple passes declared for some references).
Ageing
Some reserve grappe undergo wood ageing (barrique) which imparts colour and complexity; the company uses ageing in barrels/barriques for its oaked references.
