Gin Bajan presents a clear, linear aromatic profile, dominated by juniper but not overpowering: the initial sip reveals fresh citrus and peels that open the olfactory range, while light floral hints and a sustained spicy edge keep the character interesting and seductive. The purity of the aromas is immediate, with a sensation of transparency that invites sipping without excess; it’s a gin that emphasizes balance rather than power, offering a pleasant olfactory elegance suitable both for simple drinking and for careful mixing.

On the palate it confirms the profile: dry and lively, with a texture that combines freshness and softness, nonexistent tannins and a savoury persistence that leaves room for citrus echoes on the finish. It works very well in a classic gin and tonic with a neutral tonic and a strip of peel, but also stands up to more complex cocktails; it complements light fish dishes, shellfish and aromatic salads, or enhances spiced preparations without overpowering them.
