Bombay Dry Gin has an ancient history of taste, style and respect for tradition. Lancaster back in 1761, in a land of immense and green clearings, ancient castles and noble traditions, the master distillers studied a recipe based on the perfect harmony of ten ingredients, and an exclusive distillation process.
Bombay stands out for the choice of ingredients from all over the world; fragrant almonds and lemons from Spain, licorice from China, juniper berries and iris root from Italy. And again angelica roots from Saxony, coriander seeds from Morocco and Indochinese cassia, Cubebis berries from the island of Java and the "grains of Paradise" from West Africa.
A blend of ingredients that give life to a "premium" gin with an unmistakable aroma, produced with the exclusive distillation process that takes place in the special Carterhead stills, and involves distilling the grain alcohol separately for three overall distillation cycles.
The result is a very fine gin with a soft taste and a marked aroma, dry and pleasant, fresh and balanced, with citrus hints of lemon peel, spicy notes of juniper and coriander, with angelica, orris, almond, licorice and cassi bark.
The color is crystalline white, with a dry, pleasant, fresh and balanced taste.
