Engine is a 70 cl Italian organic gin, produced in small batches and distilled with carefully selected Italian botanicals. Its recipe combines juniper, lemon peel, sage leaves, liquorice root and Damask rose petals to create an original and distinctive aromatic profile. The organic ingredients come from different regions of Italy, from wheat alcohol produced in Piedmont and juniper from Tuscany to Sicilian lemons and liquorice from Calabria.
Vacuum distillation preserves the freshness and balance of the botanicals, while Alpine water completes the structure of the spirit. On the palate, Engine delivers herbal and balsamic sage notes, bright citrus hints of lemon, floral nuances of rose and a soft, gently spicy finish from the liquorice. Its bold yet balanced character makes it suitable for sipping neat, serving over ice or using as a base for cocktails and long drinks.
