Originating from the Japanese distillery Etsu, located on the northern island of Hokkaido, the Etsu Japan Pacific Ocean Water Gin is a unique expression that captures the pure essence and freshness of Pacific Ocean waters. This gin is distilled using filtered seawater, a practice that gives this spirit a very particular distinctive characteristic.

The distillation process follows traditional methods, enriching the gin with an exclusive selection of Asian botanicals, including green tea leaves, yuzu, sansho (a type of Japanese pepper), and other local aromatic herbs. This mix gives the gin a complex and intensely fresh aromatic profile.
