Langtons No.1 was born to celebrate Lakeland, a famous tourist region known by this name, but it is the Lake District National Park in England.
The purity of the water used to produce this extraordinary distillate is the first strong point which, associated with the mixture of 11 botanicals, including the native oak bark, gives it a very unique taste.
The final result is a very intense and tasty gin, excellent to be tasted neat with ice. To create the special label, it was inspired by a piece of slate found near the water source from which the water at the base of this gin is extracted.
At sight it is transparent and crystalline, on the nose the juniper stands out, with hints of citrus peel and licorice, with clear warm and enveloping sensations that are also reflected on the palate, in a very structured body, rather soft and important, which stretches in a dry and dry finish, with a persistence reminiscent of resin. A terrific gin with great personality.
