Macaronesian Gin is produced in the island group called Macaronesia, of the Canary Islands. The name also includes other Atlantic islands and archipelagos, including Cape Verde, the Azores and Madeira.
The different botanicals used to flavor this excellent gin are totally indigenous: juniper grows abundantly and spontaneously on these islands, while the source water is filtered drop by drop from the volcanic rocks that make up the Canary Islands landscape.
The water has a strong minerality and helps make Macaronesian Gin, extremely delicate and soft.
Excellent to enjoy neat as well as being perfect for creating fabulous cocktails.
