Gin No. 3 is a celebration of the distillation art, featuring a recipe that honors the tradition of classic London Dry Gin. Distilled at the historic Berry Bros. & Rudd in London, the origin of its name comes from the address of the distillery, No. 3 St James's Street. Renowned for its refined balance and purity of flavors, Gin No. 3 stands out for its strict selection of only three fruits and three botanicals: juniper berries, orange and lemon peel, angelica, coriander root, and cardamom.
The distillation process for this gin occurs in small batches, which ensures meticulous quality control and a more intense aromatic profile. On the palate, Gin No. 3 reveals a firm and clean structure, with juniper dominating, accompanied by a citrus freshness and spicy touches that stem from the coriander and cardamom.
