Distillation
Small-batch distillation. For the Elderflower expression, flowers are macerated in the base spirit; for the Barrel-Finished version a barrel finishing process is applied.
Ageing
Finishing in American oak barrels; the Barrel-Finished expression is rested in American oak (new, charred) barrels for a period reported at around 8 months.
