Vive le Cornichon surprises with a vegetal character that immediately greets the nose: a clear profile in which sensations of fresh cucumber and that slight tang of cornichons emerge, accompanied by herbaceous notes and a hint of citrus. It is not an overpowering gin; the juniper remains balanced with the green component, which makes it linear and modern. On the nose it is clean: raw vegetable juice, citrus zest and a saline touch that invites a sip. The texture is lively but controlled, with a softness that mellows the herbaceous backbone and keeps it very easy-drinking.

On the palate it confirms itself as dry and savory, with a slim structure that favors freshness and drinkability; the finish is persistent without becoming intrusive, with a faint bitterness that cleanses the palate. Versatile in mixing, it works well in a dry Martini or with tonic and a few slices of cucumber, and pairs easily with light seafood dishes, crudités and summer salads. Serve it preferably very cold, with little ice so as not to mask the delicacy of the green notes.
