On the nose it opens warm and spicy, with cardamom taking the leading role without overpowering: aromatic hints of sweet spice, citrus peel and a touch of juniper berries emerge, recalling the gin character. The olfactory profile stays clean and defined, with a sense of depth that invites a sip; the alcohol is well integrated, giving structure without feeling aggressive.

On the palate it is soft and enveloping, the cardamom spice develops gently and gives way to a fresh citrus trail and slightly herbal notes; the finish is clean, dry and persistent, with a pleasant purity that invites another sip. It works well neat or with a few ice cubes and an orange twist, and also as a base for aromatic cocktails where the spice can converse with a dry tonic or warmer ingredients; ideal pairings include spicy dishes, light Asian cuisine and semi-hard cheeses.
