Jewel of freshness, this Verdicchio di Jesi Superiore presents an elegant, linear profile: on the nose it opens with notes of citrus, green apple and wildflowers, with a hint of almond that remains distinct but never overpowering.

On the palate it shows a measured balance between lively acidity and sapidity, medium body and a texture that leans toward softness without losing its backbone; the finish is pleasant and leaves a mineral trace that invites the next sip. Versatile and characterful in style, it suits those seeking a polite white with personality; it works well as an aperitif wine but truly shines alongside baked fish, shellfish, seafood risottos and medium-aged cheeses. Serve chilled, not too cold, to allow the aromatic nuances to express themselves; also ideal for those who enjoy white wines that offer both flavor and clarity in a single sip.

Winery history
La Garofoli is a family-run company that has been part of Marche viticulture for generations. The company's official website presents the business as "Italian estate since 1901" and describes a family history developed over multiple generations; other specialized sources and technical datasheets report references to the family's activity as early as the late 19th century and to commercial production in vintages predating the 1900s. The company subsequently evolved with facilities in Castelfidardo and vinification structures for Verdicchio in the Serra de' Conti area, and expanded its presence with wines from Conero and other local appellations.
