The Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG from Tenuta di Nozzole for Folonari presents as a characterful red wine, suited to accompany traditional dishes and moments of focused tasting. In the glass it shows a lively, deep color; on the nose there are ripe red fruits, spicy notes and earthy hints that integrate with delicate floral suggestions. On the palate the entry is decisive, acidity supports the structure while the tannins offer a savory, harmonious texture, inviting another sip.

This wine pairs with roast meats, game and aged cheeses, and can also enhance richer everyday dishes. It is advisable to serve it at a moderate temperature and in a large glass to favour aromatic expression. You will appreciate its balance and gustatory persistence, qualities that make it suitable for both convivial occasions and more attentive tastings. Its versatility makes it a fitting choice for both the everyday table and more formal dinners, offering coherence between aroma and palate.
