This Goldmuskateller Alto Adige DOC from Erste+Neue delicately expresses the aromatic character of the variety. In the glass it appears bright, with straw-coloured highlights; the nose is dominated by white flowers, notes of crisp apple and citrus, and a faint, slightly musky hint that recalls the typical Muscat character. The Alto Adige DOC origin provides precision and clean aromatics without sacrificing pleasant expressiveness.

On the palate it shows a balance between freshness and softness: the acidity supports the fruity and floral flavours while the body remains slim and always smooth. The finish is fragrant and persistent without being intrusive. It pairs with vegetable antipasti, light fish dishes, shellfish, salads and delicate Asian cuisine; it also works at the table with fresh cheeses. Serve at about 8–10 °C in a tulip glass to enhance the aromas; best enjoyed young to capture the variety's typical freshness.
