The Grappa Barbera of Nibbio, produced by the historic Distilleria Berta, represents an excellence in the landscape of Piedmontese grappas. Obtained from selected pomace of the Barbera grape variety, a symbol of the Asti region, this grappa stands out for its clarity and structure. The aging takes place in small containers that allow a balanced development rich in olfactory nuances.

On the nose, intense scents of ripe red fruit emerge, accompanied by light spicy notes and a pleasant herbaceous freshness. On the palate, it is harmonious, warm, and enveloping, with an elegant persistence that recalls the typical aromas of Barbera. Its soft texture and velvety aftertaste make it perfect both as a meditation digestif and paired with dry pastries or dark chocolate.

A spirit that expresses with refinement the authentic character of the territory, ideal for enthusiasts seeking a grappa of great personality.
