"Sarpa" in Veneto dialect means "marc", the raw material from which Grappa is obtained. A young grappa that certainly knows how to fascinate. Produced from Cabernet and Merlot pomace.
It has a fresh, delicate aroma that smells of mint and rose.
To be tasted at the end of the meal, in tasting; for those who love smooth and soft grappas but still generous to the taste.
