The distillation process follows traditional methods, which preserve all the aromatic nuances of the grapes, resulting in a grappa of pure essence with exceptional clarity and aromatic complexity. "Mito Delle Ore" is part of a limited series, and its presentation in an elegant tin makes it a collectible item as well as an excellent spirit to savor.
On the palate, Berta Mito Delle Ore Grappa offers a rich and harmonious taste, with delicately fruity notes that blend with hints of vanilla and light spices, thanks also to a brief ageing in small wooden containers that refine its aromatic profile without overshadowing the original qualities of the grapes.
This grappa is ideal to be enjoyed as a digestif after a meal, or it can be used as a refined base for innovative cocktails that want to enhance high-quality Italian spirits. Moreover, its presentation in a tin also makes it a classy gift for spirit enthusiasts or collectors.

Distillation
Steam distillation with discontinuous small boilers (caldaiette discontinue); three-step process: first distillation to obtain the flemma, cold filtration, and second distillation to separate the heart; both pomace and wine/grape are distilled for different productions.
Ageing
Aging first in large Slavonian oak vats (vat cellar) and prolonged in barriques and tonneaux (Tronçais d’Allier oak) in underground cellars; some products mature for years in naturally thermoregulated environments; an R&D cellar is used for experiments.
