Upon first smell, the Nibbio Grappa reveals a complex bouquet where nuances of ripe red fruits, plum, and a delicate hint of rose and violets, typical of Nebbiolo, emerge. Aging in wooden barrels enriches the aromatic profile with touches of vanilla, cocoa, and sweet spices, creating a harmonious balance between the varietal characteristics and the elegance of the wood.
On the palate, it is distinguished by its refined structure and smoothness. The taste persistence is remarkable, with an aftertaste that continues to express fruity and spicy notes in a long and pleasantly warm finish.
This grappa is an excellent after-meal drink, ideal for sipping neat, possibly accompanied by dark chocolate or a good cigar. It is also an excellent gift for lovers of quality distilled spirits or for those who wish to discover the deep nuances that only Nebbiolo can convey through the distillation process.
In each glass of Berta Nibbio Nebbiolo Grappa, the essence of a territory and a tradition of distillation excellence is encapsulated, making it a truly special addition to any spirit collection.
