Produced by the renowned Berta distillery, located in the Piedmont region, this grappa is crafted exclusively from selected Nebbiolo grape pomace, famous for being the base of the prestigious Barolo and Barbaresco wines.
Upon first smell, the Nibbio Grappa reveals a complex bouquet where nuances of ripe red fruits, plum, and a delicate hint of rose and violets, typical of Nebbiolo, emerge.
