On the nose, it opens with delicate aromas of fresh fruit, light floral notes, and a subtle aromatic weave recalling the mountainous purity of the territory. On the palate, it is smooth, balanced, and enveloping, with good body and a clean persistence that leaves a fresh and unexpectedly gentle sensation for a grappa.
