The one-year aging in selected wooden barrels enriches this distillate with delicate spicy notes and sweet toasts, which harmoniously blend with the characteristic fruity flavor of the Cabernet. The result is a soft and complex grappa, with scents of dried plum, vanilla, and a slight hint of cocoa, ideal to be enjoyed in a large glass at the end of a meal.

Distillation
