This grappa is produced using exclusively selected pomace from white grapes typical of the region, which are distilled following ancient methods that preserve the original aroma and taste of the grape.
With a volume of 100 cl, this grappa appears clear and crystalline to the eye, while on the nose it is distinguished by its freshness and fruity notes reminiscent of green apple and pear.
