The Grappa Chardonnay by Roner represents an extraordinary expression of the Trentino distilling art, made with selected Chardonnay pomace, one of the most internationally appreciated white grape varieties. Coming from the Dolomites region, this grappa stands out for its purity and refinement, the result of careful processing that enhances the delicate and fruity aromas of the pomace. The distillation process takes place in bain-marie stills, a traditional method that highlights the aromatic characteristics without compromising smoothness.

In the glass it appears clear and crystalline, with a bouquet that recalls hints of golden apple, acacia flowers, and light spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, balanced, with a clean and persuasive finish that invites another sip. Perfect as a digestif, it beautifully accompanies fruit-based desserts or is enjoyed neat to appreciate its complexity and elegance.
