The production process follows artisanal methods, using slow distillation that preserves all the intense aromas and delicate nuances of Torcolato. The Torcolato "Amorosa di Dicembre" Grappa is subsequently aged in small wooden barrels, which gives it an amber color and enriches the aromatic profile with notes of vanilla, almond, honey, and dried fruit.
