The Grappa Fine by Roner, known as "La Delicata", is born in the alpine valleys of Alto Adige, a region renowned for the quality of its grapes and its distillation tradition. Obtained from carefully selected and fermented grape pomace, this grappa stands out for its lightness and refinement, a pure expression of the grape variety and the terroir.

The character of “La Delicata” is harmonious and velvety, with aromatic notes that recall slight white fruit and a subtle floral bouquet, accompanied by a soft and clean background that leaves an elegant and persistent aftertaste. The aging in small barrels or steel helps maintain the freshness of the aromas intact.

Perfect as an after-dinner drink, this grappa pairs with fruit-based desserts or mellow aged cheeses, offering a light and well-balanced sensory experience. A testimony to Roner's distilling art in enhancing local raw materials.
