Grappa Frattina Primitivo Salento is an authentic expression of the distillation of select pomace sourced from Primitivo vineyards in the heart of Salento. This grappa is distinguished by its intense and complex aromatic profile, capturing the richness and maturity of the original grape variety.

It has a clear and crystalline color, with marked notes of ripe red fruit on the nose and subtle hints of sweet spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon, thanks also to a brief aging in wooden barrels which enriches the aroma without overpowering it. On the palate, Grappa Frattina Primitivo Salento is smooth and enveloping, with a persistent finish that echoes the initial olfactory sensations, amplifying their complexity.

Ideal as a digestif after a meal, it is also perfect for enjoying during moments of relaxation, perhaps accompanied by dark chocolate or aged cheeses. Its balanced intensity also makes it an excellent ingredient in innovative cocktails that aim to highlight the Italian character.
