This distillate is obtained from selected grape pomace of the finest Venetian grapes, distilled using methods that combine tradition with technological innovation. The aging period in barriques allows the grappa to acquire soft and enveloping tones, as well as a subtle vanilla note that perfectly complements the traditional almond and marasca cherry aromas typical of grappa.
On the nose, La Grappa Le Acquaviti Veneta Barrique by Castagner expresses rich scents of ripe fruits, with hints of chocolate and sweet spices, also thanks to the influence of the wood. In the mouth, the grappa is soft and seductive, with a full flavor that pleasantly persists, leaving room for an elegant and lasting finish.
Ideal as a digestif after a meal, it can be enjoyed at room temperature or slightly chilled to enhance its more volatile aromas. It is also an excellent companion for meditation or to accompany the tasting of dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
With its refined presentation and rich flavor, La Grappa Le Acquaviti Veneta Barrique by Castagner is a superb choice for grappa lovers and for those who wish to discover this traditional Italian distillate in one of its most elevated expressions.
