Grappa Marzadro, packaged in an elegant 70cl bottle, is one of the most authentic expressions of Italian distillation. Originating from the renowned Marzadro distillery in the heart of Trentino, this grappa is the result of a meticulous selection of pomace, processed following the traditional bain-marie method in discontinuous alembic. Aging in small oak barrels refines its flavor, making it complex and enveloping.
Grappa Marzadro stands out for its intense bouquet, where notes of ripe fruit and spicy nuances emerge, accompanied by light traces of vanilla and almond thanks to the wood aging. On the palate, its structure is vigorous yet harmonious, with a good balance between softness and alcoholic intensity, closing with a persistent aftertaste that invites reflection.
Perfect as a digestive after a meal, it is suggested to serve it slightly chilled at a temperature of 18-20°C. Grappa Marzadro offers an authentically Italian experience that fascinates grappa enthusiasts and wins over those approaching this historic distillate for the first time.

Distillation
Water-bath distillation in a discontinuous pot still for grappas; for Gin Luz documented separate maceration/infusion of botanicals with subsequent distillation (use of continuous/regulated stills also documented for some production phases).
Ageing
Aging in small casks of fine woods for barrel-aged grappas; some expressions use solera systems or long periods of resting in casks for reserves.
