Artisanally distilled in small batches, this grappa is crafted following ancestral methods that preserve the essence and flavor of the selected pomace. With an alcohol content of 70cl, it is characterized by an exceptional smoothness that makes each sip pleasantly enveloping.
Visually, it presents a crystalline clarity that preludes its purity. On the nose, this grappa delights with delicate hints of fresh fruit and floral nuances, which elegantly evolve towards more complex notes of almond and vanilla, thanks to its aging in oak barrels.
