Grappa Monte Sabotino 20 anni 70cl - Zanin comes from a skillful selection of grape pomace sourced from the heart of Friuli, a land rich in winemaking tradition. This multi-year grappa ages for two decades in oak barrels, developing a complex and harmonious character that reflects the elegance of the region. The long aging imparts warm notes of vanilla, carob, and sweet spices, accompanied by delicate hints of dried fruit and tobacco.
On the palate, it is smooth, structured, and enveloping, with a balance between freshness and aromatic depth that enhances its persistence. Ideal to enjoy at the end of a meal, it pairs perfectly with dark chocolate, almond desserts, and aged cheeses, accompanying moments of reflection and conviviality with a touch of refined intensity.
