Nonino Monovitigno Merlot Grappa is an exquisite representation of the distillation of selected Merlot pomace, which comes from the renowned winemaking regions of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Produced in accordance with the ancient tradition of the Nonino master distillers, this grappa is the result of a meticulous process that begins with controlled fermentation and artisan distillation in small copper stills.

The aroma is rich and complex, offering hints of ripe red fruits, vanilla, and a light touch of rose. On the palate, it stands out for its elegant softness, accompanied by a balanced structure and a persistent aftertaste reminiscent of the Merlot wine from which it originates.

Served at room temperature or slightly chilled, Nonino Monovitigno Merlot Grappa is best enjoyed as a digestif after a meal or can be used as a refined base for innovative cocktails. It also makes a classy gift for enthusiasts of exclusive and superior quality spirits.
